Prayer

At TJOIA, we believe wellness begins with God at the centre. While movement, rest, nutrition and intentional care all have their place, prayer remains essential. It is not an add-on to our wellbeing, but part of how we return to God, seek His wisdom and allow Him to strengthen what feels weary within us.
Scripture reminds us to “pray without ceasing” and to bring everything to God in prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving. Prayer is deeply personal. It is a sacred space to speak with God honestly, to listen, to surrender and to be reminded that we are not carrying life alone.
You may be in a season where prayer feels difficult, where you do not quite have the words, or where you simply need someone to stand in faith with you. As Romans 8:26 reminds us, even when we do not know what to pray, the Spirit helps us in our weakness.
